Palmer Spring is a specialized heavy-duty repair facility—not a general repair shop. Here are a few helpful answers about the work we do and don't perform.
- Do you offer state inspections?
- We do not. Palmer Spring is not an authorized state inspection station.
- Do you provide routine maintenance services?
- Our shop focuses on heavy-duty suspension, brake, steering, driveline, and related specialty work. We do not offer routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, or general vehicle maintenance.
- Do you perform engine repairs?
- We do not provide engine diagnostics, maintenance, or repair services.
- Do you repair or rebuild transmissions and differentials?
- We do not rebuild transmissions or differentials in-house. However, we can remove and install remanufactured transmission and differential units.
- Do you offer clutch repair and replacement?
- Yes. We provide clutch service and replacement, including flywheel resurfacing. We also stock many of the most popular heavy-duty clutches to help reduce turnaround time.
- Do you provide roadside or mobile service?
- We do not offer roadside assistance or mobile repairs. All work is performed at our Woburn facility.
